Founder

Amy L.S. Johnson
Amy L.S. Johnson, MSW, LCSW

Amy earned her MSW from UNC Chapel Hill and has worked extensively with children, individuals, and families who have experienced a range of mental health issues including trauma. Amy is passionate about teaching and helping all individuals change their stories and create their own paths.

Alana Rauhoff, MS, CCC-SLP, BCBA

Alana earned her BS in Special Education from Methodist University and her MS in Communication Sciences and Disorders from East Carolina University. She also earned her MA in Exceptional Student Education Comprehensive - Applied Behavior Analysis and became a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. Alana is one of only six dually certified SLP-BCBAs in North Carolina. Her passions lie in being a part of the growth and development of the children she serves while teaching others about the process as well.

Samantha Martinez, MSW, LCSW

Samantha earned her BSW from Appalachian State University and her MSW from East Carolina University. She specializes in providing therapy for adolescents and adults struggling with various mental health concerns including depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, and severe mental illness. She has experience empowering clients as they manage adjustment issues, relationship concerns, and other life stressors. Samantha is passionate about collaborating with clients to provide a sense of comfort and ease throughout the therapeutic process.

Sean Steele, MSW, QASP-S, LCSW-A

Sean earned his MSW from Rutgers University in New Brunswick, NJ. Sean has worked extensively with people with co-occurring mental health and substance abuse disorders, children with autism, seniors, and persons with a disability. Sean is passionate about working with teenagers struggling with depression and anxiety, and individuals with relationship issues. Sean has also received training in Sex Therapy with the Buehler Institute in Laguna Beach, California.

Niaisha Johnston, MSW, LCSW

Niaisha earned her MSW from UNC and has experience working with teens, adults and geriatric populations. Niaisha specializes in severe mental illness, depression, anxiety and adjustment concerns. She is passionate about providing an authentic and supportive environment for her clients to reach their goals.

Mackenzie Toland
Mackenzie Toland, MA-MFT, LMFT, BCBA

Mackenzie is an alumni from our very own Methodist University. She continued her studies at Pfeiffer University where she earned a Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy. Mackenzie completed her behavior analysis coursework at Florida Institute of Technology. Mackenzie strives to look for the good in everyone. She has a mission mindset and works hard for those that do not have a voice.

Megan Eaton, MS, CF-SLP

Megan earned her BS in Communicative Disorders from the University of Rhode Island and her MS in Communicative Sciences and Disorders from East Carolina University. She enjoys collaborating with parents and all those who are involved in supporting their child as they grow their communication skills. Her passions within the field of Speech Language Pathology include Articulation and Phonological Disorders, Elementary Language Disorders, and Fluency Disorders.

Jenna Abrams Licensed Clinical Social Worker Associate
Jenna Abrams, MSW, LCSW

Jenna earned her BA in psychology from UConn and her MSW from New York University. She is passionate about working with children, young teens, adults, and families. Jenna specializes in severe mental illness, anxiety and depression. She also holds a focus in geriatric mental health and well-being.

Charise Ngo, MSW, LCSW-A

Charise earned her BA in Psychology at San Francisco State University and her MSW at Capella University. She is passionate in working with perinatal and postpartum related issues but also enjoys working with children, teens, adults. Charise has experience in treating issues related  to adjustment, depression, anxiety, grief, and couple/marital conflicts.

Jade earned a BS in Psychology with a minor in Human Development & Family Studies from Penn State University as well as an MSW from the University of Denver. She has experience working with adults and adolescents struggling with a range of mental health concerns including trauma, substance abuse, depression, and anxiety. Jade is passionate about the field of social work and helping clients to improve their quality of life.
